ERIC WILSON, CEO OF SERRA ADVISORS

Eric Wilson serves as the CEO of Serra Advisors and is responsible for coordinating each Merger/Acquisition engagement and all client interactions. With extensive experience in customer development, business operations and finance, Eric works closely with each client to define and deliver the desired outcome. His foundational expertise in M&A makes him the key player in assembling the customized game plan for achieving the optimal result for each engagement.

Eric holds a B.A. from Baylor University and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
